Issue - Setting Processor static IP via Client does not work - GRIDSMART 6.6


When setting a static IP under the Network tab in Site Settings with GRIDSMART 6.6, the network settings do not apply.

How this happens

This will occur if the Processor, running GRIDSMART 6.6 firmware, is not connected to the network you are attempting to configure.


This issue was resolved with the GRIDSMART 6.7 firmware. Prior to that, you must connect the Processor to the network you are attempting to configure via the Network Port on the Processor.


Ensure the Processor is updated to GRIDSMART 6.7 or that the Processor is connected to the network prior to attempting to configure the network settings.
