Issue - Time changes can cause the Engine to restart

Time changes, either via NTP or done manually, that change the system clock by more than 10 seconds may cause the Engine to restart. This is rare with NTP since the system clock does not drift by more than a few seconds daily and regular NTP updates generally keep that clock in the range to prevent this.

This issue will be resolved with GRIDSMART 6.8.
