Description: The Client may fail to connect or show intermittent connectivity with a Processor running GRIDSMART 6.6 or 6.7. If there was no site card before, it might never appear. If there was already a site card, the connection may be intermittent, "blinking" off and on. This is caused by a misnamed or absentee network adapter on the Processor.
Solution: Please contact Support for guidance on renaming the offending adapter to resolve the issue. This issue will be corrected with GRIDSMART 6.8.
