Description: On rare instance that a GS2 Processor is being updated and it freezes for an extended period (more than ten minutes), check the LED front panel. If the panel's phases and total LED's are matching at 6 amber and 6 white (40%). This means that the Processor has failed to reboot during the update after installing patches.


Workaround: 

1. A complete power cycle should continue the software update without any additional issues.

2. If additional issues occur, please reach out to support for additional troubleshooting.
