Description: If you successfully log in to GRIDSMART Device Manager but the site fails to load any elements or information, there may be an issue with a null file being handled correctly. You can press `F12` while using Chrome Browser to open developer tools and verify what errors you are experiencing.
This could be due to a null location file on the GS2.
Workaround: You can fix this by publishing a new address using the GRIDSMART Client, or you can update to version 19.10. If this workaround does not fix the issue, please reach out to Software Engineering.
