The Client can show a Processor in learning mode for an abnormally long time when you publish a change that sets the Processor date and/or time backward. Despite the Client indication of learning mode, the Engine will operate normally and this Client bug will not affect intersection operation. The only way to clear this issue is to restart the GRIDSMART Server using VNC or the Reboot System command in the Client Diagnostics. This issue is resolved with GRIDSMART 6.4.
