If you can connect to a site either locally or remotely, count data can be retrieved using the GRIDSMART Client. Additionally, if the site of interest is communicating with api.gridsmart.com, and your Client is signed into and communicating with GRIDSMART Cloud, you can download data without even requiring a connection to the site. In any case, the process is the same:
Select the site of interest from the Sites Homepage.
Select Reports from the Site Menu to get to the Reports Screen.
On the Reports Screen, click the Download button under the calendar and select the day or days of data you want to retrieve.
Click the Download button and then Done once the data has been downloaded. It may take awhile to retrieve data over slow connections.
