The Virtual controller is a Trafficware licensed simulator of intersection control software for Windows.  Contact Trafficware Support staff to acquire a Virtual controller and to assist in licensing the product. This document will describe how to set up the a Virtual controller for either V76.x, V80.x or V85.x/Scout to run on your Windows PC, laptop or tablet.
