PREREQUISITES: TruView™ Central requires an active Cubic ATMS System with software version 2.16 or later and Trafficware signal controllers with Scout. To discuss pricing and upgrade options, please submit a ticket or contact your sales rep to request a quote.

TruView Central is a new Cubic web-based software platform that leverages existing ATMS systems for managing and monitoring your traffic signal network. The following system features are included in this release. 

NEW:

• Modern UI/IX & Web-Based Access: Browser-based platform with a modern, configurable interface, including light and dark modes with flexible Map, Table, and Split views.
• Central Processing Service (CPS): Provides secure, direct communication with Trafficware controllers and existing ATMS systems outside the cloud-hosted platform, enabling real-time data exchange based on your IT network policies.
• ATMS Import: Bring existing ATMS site and intersection data into TruView Central with automated, guided imports:
  • Device Import: import Trafficware controller configurations
  • Site (Intersection) Settings: import intersection layout data and icons
  • Alert Data: import existing alarm history
• Alerts: View active and historical controller alarms in list or map view with granular, zoom-level visibility, interactive filtering, and easy export to PDF or Excel.
• System Monitoring: Get a real-time, network-wide view of traffic operations, including device communications, coordination modes/patterns, and current signal status. View data in Map, Table, or Split views, with contextual display options to highlight selected sites in Split View. Additional monitoring widgets include:

• Signal Status Monitoring: View detailed, real-time controller signal status and pop out individual monitoring windows for up to 10 sites.
• Command Status Monitoring: Track commands sent to controllers, confirm successful execution, and deactivate delayed or scheduled commands. 

• Manual Command & Control: Send immediate or scheduled commands to one or more controllers to change Pattern, Preemption, Vehicle Call, Ped Call, and Clock Synchronization. Command Status Monitoring widget provides real-time validation and visibility into command execution in the field, with the ability to deactivate scheduled commands.
• Controller Database: New web-based Database editor streamlines the viewing and editing of Trafficware controller databases. Upload or download configurations directly to the controller, save unpublished edits for peer review with clear identification of changes, and publish configurations for field download.
• Scheduler: Automate routine tasks, such as controller data collection for status and alerts, on a pre-programmed schedule.
• Site Management: View and edit intersection layouts directly in TruView Central and sync with ATMS, making it easy to keep site configurations up to date while maintaining controller database integrity.
